QueryRank is privacy-first by design. This page explains what happens to your data when you use the app and this website.

Your analytics data stays yours

QueryRank is self-hosted. When you connect Google Search Console or GA4, the data is fetched directly into the instance you run and stored in your database. It is never sent to us or to any third party. CSV files you import are processed and stored the same way.

Credentials and tokens

OAuth refresh tokens for connected sources are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored only as salted, hashed values — never in plain text. Session cookies are signed and served over HTTPS.

What the app stores

  • The dashboards, templates, and connections you create.
  • Imported datasets you choose to save.
  • Your account email and (if used) a hashed password.

You can delete this data at any time by removing it in the app or dropping the database.

This website

This marketing page does not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking. If analytics are enabled on it, they are limited to aggregate, non-identifying usage.

Third parties

When you connect a source, the app talks directly to Google’s APIs using credentials you supply. Those interactions are governed by Google’s own terms and privacy policy. QueryRank adds no intermediary.
