Terms of service
Last updated: October 2026
These terms cover your use of the QueryRank software and this website. QueryRank is open-source software you run yourself — not a hosted service we operate on your behalf.
The software
QueryRank is released under the MIT license. You are free to run, copy, modify, and distribute it, subject to that license. The full license text ships with the source code on GitHub.
Self-hosted and “as is”
Because you host QueryRank on your own infrastructure, you are responsible for your deployment, your data, and your use of any connected services. The software is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the authors and contributors are not liable for any claim, damages, or other liability arising from the software or its use.
Connected services
When you connect Google Search Console or Google Analytics 4, you do so with your own Google account and OAuth credentials. Your use of those services is governed by Google’s terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them and for the access you grant.
Acceptable use
Use QueryRank lawfully and only with data you have the right to access. Do not use it to violate the terms of any data source you connect, or any applicable law.
Your data
QueryRank does not send your analytics data to us. How your data is handled is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
The software and these terms may change over time. Updates to the software are published on GitHub; the date above reflects the latest revision of this page.
